Refunds and Returns

You are able to return your trousers within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (minus the postage) provided the goods are unworn and in a re-saleable condition.

You must first contact us at service@thedogtrousercompany.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your product/s to notify us of your intent to return the goods; we will then provide you with the necessary authorisation and return details. Non-authorised returned items will NOT be accepted.

If you need a different size or would prefer a different colour we will exchange your trousers within 30 days of receipt. We cannot exchange or refund you on any items that have been used, are hairy, have been washed or brushed or chewed.

To ensure the quality of each pair of dog trousers, we inspect each prior it leaves our warehouse in Australia. However, if any item is faulty or there is a defect in workmanship, we will happily repair this item for you. Any claims must be made within 30 days and this won’t cover the usual wear and tear or over strenuous use.

Please remember to email us first, prior to returning any the product to receive the necessary return authorisation code and details. When returning your trousers please wrap them up and return them to us with a note stating your name, address, phone number, email address and the authorisation code.

If you require an exchange on a non-faulty item you must include a reply paid self-addressed satchel with the returned product/s, otherwise you will be charged for the return postage. If there is a difference in the price of the product you want to exchange we will invoice or refund the difference, no stress no hassle!

Please note that the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore advise you to send all returned items by a tracked courier or postal service that will insure your goods to their value, and one that can provide you with tracking solutions should any problem arise. We will not be held liable for items that do not arrive back to us, or are deemed lost by your courier, and no refunds/exchanges will be given.
